     Researching, assembling, reviewing and supplementing information for projects  involving alterations to existing structure or determining a new space usage in  conjunction with a new space program requirement, such as: Photography Field Measurements, Review of Existing Design Data, Analysis of Existing Structure Capabilities, Analysis of Existing Electrical and Plumbing Capabilities, Review of Existing Drawings for Critical Inaccuracies, Development of Required Measured Drawings

  •  Architectural Color: Consultant for exterior and interior properties.

  •  Fee Structure: Our initial consultation for all services is complimentary. Fee schedules are based on the scope of services that will be provided by us and they will be discussed during our first meeting. Clients can select from different options to fit their budget.


*Florida laws allows our company to prepare documents for all  project use types within the scope of our practice as defined by the Florida statutes. Signed and sealed documents as needed for review by building officials for permits are prepared.
